In this section you’ll find suggested exercises to have a go at. They have been developed with a sports scientist and are carefully designed to use all the elements of Field of Play: Active Landscape.
Before you start, remember to warm up: gently jog around the area; weave in and out of the swerve poles; hop skip and jump around the ground markings…
Mix and match
When you’re thinking about which exercises to do, look at the key muscle areas that are being worked and alternate the exercises accordingly. This avoids you overworking one particular area of your body.
